Ball Bearings
Ball bearings are able to accommodate moderate to heavy radial loads and low to moderate thrust loads in either direction.
There are different types of ball bearings to suit specific application requirements, such as:
• Deep groove radial bearings are manufactured as open bearings or with shields or seals.
• Double row bearings are used in applications where there are high radial loads and axial loads in both directions.
• Self-Aligning bearings allow for misalignment of the shaft and housing. They are manufactured with two rows of
balls and one continuous spherical raceway in the outer ring.
• Mast Guide bearings have a high load capacity and are specifically designed for use in fork lift trucks.
• Integral shaft bearings, or "water pump bearings", are largely used in automotive markets.
They do not require an inner ring, and feature double lip seals to prevent contamination.
• Angular contact bearings are used where radial and thrust loads are combined in the same application.

Application for ball bearings:

Transmissions; Electric Motors and
Generators; Electrical Appliances;
Pumps and Compressors; Blowers
and Fans; Gear Boxes & Drives; Lawn
and Garden Equipment; Turbines;
Power Hand Tools; Printing Machinery;
Food Products Machinery; Packaging
